Loan Fees Information

You will have to complete an application with a lender before they will extend a loan offer. The lender you select may require you to pay an application fee to cover the costs of a credit report or other items. The lender will determine the amount of any such fees. The lender must disclose certain information to you regarding whether any such fees are non-refundable. Accredited Lending Group does not charge you, the consumer, any fees for its services.

However, Accredited Lending Group receives its compensation directly from www.guidetolenders.com for the services provided when you complete a loan application and close a loan with a lender. Accredited Lending Group’s compensation from www.guidetolenders.com for its services varies but is a percentage of the loan amount or a flat fee.
